Free Revisions
All orders include unlimited free revisions. If you're not happy with your video, we'll revise it until you are satisfied. This is part of our Zero Risk Guarantee.
When You Can Get a Refund
- Before Delivery: 100% refund if requested before your video is delivered
- After Delivery: Refunds are available only for technical failures or undelivered orders. We recommend using revisions instead.
- Payment Issues: If you were charged multiple times, contact us immediately

Refund Process
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. If you paid via UPI or card, the refund will be credited within 3-5 business days. Some banks may take longer.
