AI Videos 2.0 provides AI-generated video creation services. All videos are created using artificial intelligence technology based on product images or links you provide. Results vary based on input quality and specifications.

2. Disclaimer

We do NOT guarantee:

• Specific conversion rates or sales increases
• Performance on any particular advertising platform
• Approval by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok ads policies
• Video quality comparable to professional studio shoots

Results depend on your product, ad strategy, targeting, and market conditions.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We offer free revisions until you are satisfied. Refunds are available if you request them before video delivery. After delivery, refunds are at our discretion.

4. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 6-12 hours from order confirmation. Delays may occur due to system issues or high volume. We are not liable for delays.

5. Usage Rights

You own the videos we create for you and can use them for advertising. You cannot resell or redistribute them as if they are original content created by you.

6. AI Content Disclosure

Our videos are AI-generated. Depending on platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.), you may need to disclose that your ads contain AI-generated content. We recommend checking each platform's guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from using our service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
